Blessings fellow journeyers,
The New Year is here and it's hard to believe that we are already almost into the third month of it! March is right around the corner which means Spring Break is on its way. Here in Costa Rica this season as celebrated is called Semana Santa (Saint's week).
So I ask you, what are your plans for the week of the Saints? Will you practice being more saint-like?
I love the practice of yoga because it teaches you that you can be a saint and sinner in the same breath. One as the inhale, the other as the exhale. It is two sides of the same coin.
We know our focus is important, but how do we maintain control of mind in every moment, with every breath.
I do not feel it is impossible to obtain, but there are so many distractions, it can get foggy and hard to navigate.
Lets keep inspiring each other because our perspectives are always changing. There is joy in being part of a support system. We are here to reflect light off each other so that we can see.
