The only word that comes to mind is WOW. January blew through with such vigor that there was very little waking time for deep reflection. The end of the month's full moon and new moon cycle transition us into a place where we can finally experience deep relaxation and take a look back on what has been accomplished. This week was a gift allowing us to integrate and assimilate the intense program upgrades that have been downloading rapidly over the last four weeks.
