Wedding in Costa Rica?

As we enter into a new year, I want to share one of my many passions: working with couples!

As an universal ordained minister, I have had the honor of serving couples in both therapeutic couples yoga sessions and weddings.

I have been blessed to be a channel in uniting individuals in their wedding ceremony in Costa Rica and Internationally. 

I feel this is one of my true callings as I feel energized afterwards. I take note of the emotions and energy I feel as I navigate through life and make adjustments accordingly.

In 2020, I will be focusing in on diving deep, finding the peace at the depth of the ocean, only observing storms at the surface from below.

In my spiritual tool belt is meditation and I have been carving out at lease 10 minutes in the morning to start my day with breath work and inner focus.
